Just a short drive from Whistling Straits, Manitowoc presents inexpensive golf courses for beginners and challenging fairways for the serious golfer. For a change of pace, play a challenging 18-hole disc golf game on one of our five area courses.
Manitowoc’s 24,000 sq. ft. Ice Center hosts hockey tourneys, skating competition and sports shows. Hear the roar of stockcars racing at the adjacent Expo, with grounds and buildings to accommodate a wide variety of competitions and events. Our YMCA offers two indoor, 6-lane swimming pools, indoor tennis, racketball, etc. University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc and our high school gyms host many team competitions for both youth and adult teams.
